Sil-Poxy is an adhesive made specifically for silicone rubber. This adhesive is great for repairing small tears in silicone toys, especially in or around sensitive areas like the attachment hole. Applying repair adhesive to small cracks or splits is a very effective way to prevent them from growing further.
Use a spatula or alike to evenly apply repair coating solvent. Avoid taking excess product and cap the glue bottle properly to avoid evaporation of the solvent. Bind the torn tissue properly and hold it for a few minutes.

Clean the surfaces with a cleaner that will not leave a residue. Wipe with a soft cloth. Saturate the silicone rubber or poly surfaces with our Poly Prep, an adhesion promoter for polymers.
I was bonding silicone to plastic, but I'm sure it will repair a tear. You'll need two products: 3M AC79 primer and PR100 adhesive. Apply the AC79 first, and then apply the PR100 on top of that. I think that should work well for you if you haven't already resolved this. If you have a rubber you can use rubber cement.
